At Tabla we too are tired. Tired of harsh kitchens and unbalanced power structures. Tired of low pay and no benefits. Tired of rude customers. The burnout is real, but we are committed to ending that.

Sous Chef — Starting 55k

- Minimum 2 years experience in current role
- Reliable transportation
- Overall knowledge of product, costs, and equipment
- Ability to learn and follow recipes
- Ability and willingness to learn different stations
- High standard when it comes to organization and cleanliness
- General awareness of kitchen needs

Head Bartender — $18/hr + Tips

- Experience in creating specialty cocktails a must
- Wine knowledge preferable
- Reliable transportation
